⚠️Two Yield-Sign OTC Stocks That Could Heat Up Q1 2026

Speculative setups, new leadership narratives, and just enough edge to keep OTC traders paying attention.

Yield signs in the OTC don’t mean a company is finished, in this case it may indicate the reset is underway. Heading into Q1 2026, two names stand out for actively doing the work instead of selling promises. Both are awaiting news, both are reshaping perception, and both could become very different conversations if management executes.

And yes, with the Bills sending the Jags packing, it feels like the right moment to talk about companies that may be lining up a momentum shift of their own. Yeah....I just went there!

$VXIT - VirExit Technologies, Inc.

(Transitioning to Lavish Enterprises, Inc.)

$VXIT enters 2026 in the middle of a true corporate transition, not a cosmetic one. The company has completed its control change, installed new leadership, and finalized a state-level name change as it prepares to operate as Lavish Enterprises, Inc. What stands out most is the tone: management is clearly prioritizing compliance and sequencing before storytelling.

Instead of rushing out flashy announcements, the company has been clear that the next steps involve completing the OTC Markets change-of-control process, filing Q1 disclosures, and then unveiling the broader vision, platform, and projects. That order matters, especially for a yield-sign ticker trying to regain trust.

Leadership is now in the hands of Steffan Dalsgaard, whose background is rooted in real-world entertainment operations rather than promotional theory. His experience comes from live event production, logistics-heavy builds, and executing large-scale experiences where timing, coordination, and delivery actually matter. That operational mindset is often missing in OTC turnarounds, and it’s one reason this transition feels worth watching.

A quick structure reality check is necessary. The share count is large, and there’s no pretending otherwise. However, OTC history shows that structure alone doesn’t define the trade, execution, clarity, and a credible reset narrative do.

Quick VXIT snapshot:

  • Market cap around $5M

  • Heavy outstanding share count

  • Control change completed

  • Q1 disclosure and OTC updates pending

If management delivers on transparency and follows through on vision execution, $VXIT could quickly move from “transitional” to speculative momentum candidate.

$BLEG - Branded Legacy, Inc.

Balance Sheet Discipline Meets Radical Transparency

If $VXIT is a story of transition, $BLEG is a story of cleanup and credibility.

Under new leadership, the company has already eliminated approximately $1 million in legacy convertible debt tied to prior management. That single move materially changes the dilution outlook and removes one of the most common overhangs that keep OTC investors sidelined.

What really separates $BLEG, though, is the approach to transparency. Management has committed to posting the outstanding share count daily on X, offering shareholders real-time visibility rather than forcing them to wait on transfer agent updates. That’s not common behavior, and it sends a very deliberate message.

The incoming CEO, Dr. Jamie Forrest, PhD, MPH, brings a profile that is highly unusual for the OTC. His background spans AI systems, public health technology, trust frameworks, and governance, and he currently serves as Chief Information & Technology Officer at Counterforce Technologies, a company operating in advanced digital and security-focused systems. While nothing has been formally announced, it’s reasonable to speculate that Branded Legacy may be positioning itself for a more technology-forward strategic direction.

Nothing is promised. Nothing is priced in.

But direction matters, especially at this valuation.

Quick BLEG snapshot:

  • Market cap under $1M

  • ~1.79B outstanding shares

  • Legacy convertibles retired

  • Yield Sign removal in progress

  • Daily share count transparency

It’s also worth noting that previous management appeared on Buffalo Fireside Chats, and we’re hopeful to bring the new leadership team on once the current milestones are completed.

🦬 Final Take

Yield signs don’t kill stocks, lack of execution does.

Both $VXIT and $BLEG head into Q1 2026 with:

  • New leadership

  • Clear cleanup or transition efforts

  • Pending disclosures

  • Narratives that could shift fast if milestones are hit

Just like playoff football, potential only matters if it shows up when it counts. Q1 2026 will be telling.

Speculative. Not financial advice. Always do your own due diligence, especially in the OTC.
