HWAL Inc. (OTCID: HWAL), formerly Hollywall Entertainment, announced the engagement of Qatar Consulting Inc. (QCI), a multinational investment advisory firm with operations spanning Qatar, South Korea, Canada, and Malaysia. The engagement marks a clear signal that HWAL is moving beyond a purely domestic footprint and toward a more global, asset-driven strategy.
QCI has been tasked with supporting HWAL’s strategic growth initiatives, including identifying potential buyers for HWAL’s iconic music and entertainment catalog and sourcing income-producing, asset-rich merger and acquisition opportunities. These efforts align closely with HWAL’s recently expanded focus on acquiring, incubating, and operating Real World Assets (RWAs) across multiple industries.

Why This Matters
This engagement represents more than a typical advisory relationship. It reflects a shift in how HWAL is positioning its assets and capital strategy on a global stage.
Key strategic pillars include:
Monetization and value maximization of HWAL’s extensive music and entertainment catalog
Expansion into RWAs spanning energy, natural resources, and infrastructure-linked assets
Targeted M&A activity focused on income-producing and asset-backed opportunities
International capital markets exposure and strategic guidance
As part of this initiative, HWAL also appointed Ahmad Akl, a director at Qatar Consulting Inc., to its Advisory Board. Based in Doha, Akl brings deep experience in global and regional markets and is frequently featured on major financial media platforms including CNBC Arabia, Bloomberg, and Al Jazeera.
Akl described HWAL’s asset base as “vastly undervalued,” pointing specifically to the company’s ownership of more than 27,000 music and visual assets from some of the most recognizable artists in history—an asset class many public market investors rarely gain exposure to at this scale.
A Portfolio Built on Cultural and Tangible Assets
HWAL’s portfolio includes rare and often unpublished music recordings, photography, and video content from legendary artists spanning multiple generations. These cultural assets form a foundation that management is now pairing with tangible, real-world asset strategies across sectors such as:
Hydrogen energy technologies
Oil and gas
Gold and mineral resources
Digital media and space archiving initiatives
Through subsidiaries such as Melody Trust and collaborations like the Lunaprise Moon Museum project, HWAL continues to blend cultural preservation with forward-looking asset strategies.
Looking Ahead
With an international advisory firm now engaged, a Qatar-based advisory presence, and a stated focus on asset-backed growth, HWAL appears to be entering a new phase—one centered on global reach, disciplined capital strategy, and unlocking long-term asset value.
The company has indicated that additional developments are expected in the near future, suggesting this announcement may represent an early chapter rather than a final destination.
